Family Announcement: "TOLLEMACHE, Nadja (nee Benziger). Born July 15, 1936. Passed away on May 6, 2022. Died at home on Friday afternoon surrounded by her loved ones. Beloved wife of the late Hugh, family matriarch and brilliant intellectual. Nadja leaves behind eight children; Eva, Amanda, Melanie, Vanessa, Althea, Rafe, Damon and Nigel as well as fourteen grandchildren and one great grandchild and in England two brothers Dietrich and Quintus and sister Rosemary. A teacher to many, trailblazer in law, education and community service; Nadja's impact was significant. But it is her strength, heart and sharp insights which will be missed most by the family she was so dedicated to. Rest in peace with Hugh, our lovely Mum, Ginny and Granny."
