Family Announcement: "Peter's positivity, courage and fortitude was an inspiration to all as he faced a long, challenging, and tortuous last ride. With his family supporting him, Peter passed away gently and peacefully at Cranford Hospice, Hastings, on May 19, 2021, aged 69 years. Dearly loved father and father-in-law of Daina and Al and proud grandfather of Imogen. Loved brother of Gail Kirkham and partner Pete. Loved son of the late Philip and Joy Speedy. Bikers never truly die, they just ride the clouds instead. A very deep appreciation is expressed to the staff at Cranford Hospice for their wonderful care and support of Peter and his family as they negotiated Peter's journey.
