I was sad to hear of the passing of Sheila Shearman or Miss Proctor as we knew her. She was a very cheerful Girl Guide leader at my Guide camp in Porewa. Then she also taught my Geography class at Rangitikei College in Marton. She appears to have had a very rich life being much appreciated by all her past pupils. I send my condolences to her family. She was very memorable to us. RIP.
