Anthony IVANSON Funeral Notice-Death Notice-Obituary

Family Announcement: "We are heartbroken at the loss of Tony, who passed away on 27 August 2021. Much loved husband of Pamela, adored father of Rochelle and Amanda, father-in-law to Cameron, and proud "Gabba". Of grandchildren Addison, and Harvey. We love you so much, our love will never fade and you will always be with us, everywhere we go. You have left us the greatest legacy of love, strength, and family. Tony had a deep affection for his extended family, and they loved him in return. Tony shared wonderful times and cherished memories with Elizabeth and Peter, Nicola, Brent, Matthew, and Ella, Robert and La Reve, Gwyn, Madeline, Marc, Daniella and Somerset. Tony was a loyal and generous friend to all who knew him - especially his fishing buddies. He loved celebrating and entertaining, always ready to pour a drink or share a joke. In his career as a lawyer and Notary Public Tony was a respected colleague, and trusted advisor. He will be greatly missed by the team at Gellert Ivanson. We would like to thank everyone at Mercy Hospice for the utmost care and respect you showed Tony and for your selflessness in these unprecedented times. Please send communications to memories@ivanson.org"

One condolence on “IVANSON, Anthony Moore Andrew (Ivanyshyn)”

  1. Dear Pamela and Family, my deep condolences on the loss of Tony, and especially hard in Lockdown level 4. I know the grieving will be harder at such a time. However, when Lockdown ends his life can be properly celebrated.
My memories of Tony go back to joining McElroy Duncan and Preddle in late 1977 as a junior law clerk. Tony was always the partner who was efficient and hardworking but always cheerful and pleasant. I enjoyed my time working with he and the others there very much and learned a great deal about the Law and legal practise.
    With best wishes and regards
    Jo Bouchier (Budge)
