Announcement: Passed away peacefully in Christchurch, on February 4, 2021, aged 74 years. Family Obituary Message: Dearly loved and adored husband of the late Christine, loved by his children Amanda (Ashburton), Maria (Melbourne), Samuel (Melbourne), and Joseph, adored by his grandchildren Chloe and Tamati; Brooke and Sofia; Ivan and Beatrice; and Jayden and Claire. Dearly loved eldest son of Beryl and Laurence Hatherley (both deceased), much loved brother and brother-in-law of Dianne and Zoli, Bruce and Fiona (Sydney), Peter and Julie, and Jennie (Auckland). Ivan was a kind and caring uncle, and all his nieces and nephews have fond memories of him. He will be greatly missed by all his family and friends.
