Family Obituary Message: "Formerly of Cheviot. Passed away peacefully in Burwood Hospital, Christchurch, surrounded by her loving family, aged 86 years. Dearly loved wife of the late Dennis, much loved and devoted mother and mother-in-law of Anne and Roger Rumbold, Bryan and Jane, Richard and the late Barry Harrison, Jeremy (Jack) and Julia, Nicholas and Lynda, Simon (Snow) and Philippa. Much loved Nan Nan to all her grandchildren and great-grandchild. Special thanks to the medical staff at Burwood Hospital for their loving care of Clare and her family."
