Much loved son of How Tui Fong and Chee Chui Foon, beloved husband of Diane, father of Nathan, brother of Bertram, Mei and Daphne, uncle of Tara, Sintha and Ryan, and brother in-law of Bambang, Emily and Winson. Thank you to all the staff at Auckland City Hospital that had provided care to Chung Kin Fong."
