Much loved grandmother of Tyler, Joel, Dylan, Aria, Adelle, Hugo. Loved sister and sister-in-law of Michael and Pauline. In our hearts she will always stay, loved and remembered in every way. Special thanks to the staff at Mercy Hospice and the staff at Saint Andrews who cared for Pam over the past few weeks.
