Family Obituary Message: "Born Dunfermline, Fife, 24.10.1927, passed peacefully on Sunday, 28.02.2021, under the care of Dr Adam and nurses at Vickery Court. A heartfelt thanks to you all and to "Vic" the Resthome cat who was Celia's friend and roomate. Loved wife and companion of Charlie. Best mother to John* and Nikki Broad. Dear grandmother to Conrad, Conan, and Brierly Broad. Much loved by her family in Scotland. Daughter of Carl* and Jessie* Donachie. Sister of Reda Taylor*, Charles*, and William (Billy) Donachie (Edinburgh). Loved sister-in-law of Priscilla* and Don* George, Bill* and Ngaire Broad, Peter and Peggy* Broad. Celia loved NZ (arrived 1948), nature, and especially birds and her beloved cats. Artist, craftswoman, RN (Honours), Celia will be deeply missed by us all.
