Family Obituary Message: "On March 4, 2021, peacefully at Wesley Care, aged 86 years. Loved husband of the late Maureen, dearly loved father of Craig and Lea Barnard, Andrea and Ian Moonlight, and Warren and Ingrid Barnard. A much loved and treasured Pop of Joshua and Rachel, Jordan and Mary, Alysha, Tayleur, Charli, Jesse, Kenzie, and Mia, and Great-Grandpop of Cooper, Riley and Alexis. A heartfelt thanks to all the staff and management of Wesley Care for their love and outstanding care of Noel over the past two years. We also want to acknowledge the staff and management at Golden Age Rest Home for their devoted care of Noel over the previous six years.
