"A service will be held on Friday 6th May at 10.30am at the All Saints Chapel, Purewa Crematorium, 100 St Johns Road, Meadowbank, Auckland. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made in Malcolm's name to the Gut Cancer Foundation or Mercy Hospice. Heartfelt thanks to Mercy Hospice Ponsonby and Oncology ward Auckland City Hospital."
