Joyce loved baseball. She was a long time fan of the Phillies. She told me about listening to the Phillies play on the radio with her father. She said it was the only team they could get so it stuck. She was also a fan of The Washington Nationals.
The Washington Redskins were a football team she followed although mostly disgusted by the past few years showing.
Joyce was an avid crossword puzzler. She took on The Washington Post everyday for the puzzle and sports section of course.
