- WHAT ARE THE DELIVERY DETAILS FOR FLOWERS?
New Zealand orders are guaranteed same day delivery if Petals receives the order on weekdays before 12.00 pm (noon) and 8.am on Saturdays.
While Petals will try their best to deliver at specific delivery times, they cannot guarantee this due to uncertainties with the nearest florist’s courier timetable. They recommend specifying a delivery time frame when ordering (example AM, PM, or ASAP) as apposed to a specific time.
- HOW DO I PAY FOR FLOWERS?
Via our ‘send flowers’ link, you will be connected to the Petals website. this link will showcase a selection of the Petals products.
Once you select your floral arrangement, you will place your order via the Petals order pages. Petals will use your credit card provided. HonourThem will not receive these credit card details.
- WHAT ARE THE DETAILS ABOUT SENDING FLOWERS FROM HONOURTHEM?
Within the Obituary notice of your Loved One is a button ‘Shop Flowers’.
You will also be able to click the ‘Shop Flowers’ button within the Marketplace
When you tap this button you are taken directly to our floral partners website – Petals Network.
Petals Network will deliver fresh flowers through New Zealand. Delivering to all homes, churches and funeral service venues as needed.
Petals uses the services of florists and relay services. Petals do not guarantee specific flowers due to uncertainties of availability. Petals do have a substitution policy for such times.
